In a light and relaxed tone, the play tells the story of two actresses, Manuela and Dulce, who share the ups and downs of their personal and professional lives. In addition to their friendship, the protagonists reveal a sharp critical edge, using satire to comment not only on their own experiences, but also on the country's social and political panorama.

Created from an idea by Noémia Costa, with writing by David Búzio and musical direction by Nuno Pires, ‘Amigas e Rivais’ brings us the humour of these well-known actresses, but also their love for the art of acting.
