Jardins Abertos began with the simple, focussed aim of bringing Nature and the city closer together. Lisbon's gardens are places that can encourage learning and, through this relationship, just like a forest we have grown and become known for opening the gates of the city's most beautiful gardens, revealing their flowers, trees and gardeners.

The Spring Edition of Jardins Abertos Festival will take place on May with a programme including guided visits, workshops and activities for families with selected themes aligned with the various cycles of agricultural production: harvesting, preservation, transformation, but also wastage, including presenting creative solutions and research gardens around the city!
