Open Air Shakespeare (a non-profit theatre company) will present A Megera Domada (The Taming of the Shrew) at the Unicorn Factory in Beato on April 11–12. This is a short run of just four performances, featuring Harry Lennix alongside a cast of Portuguese and international actors, performed in English using Shakespeare’s original text.

Given Lisbon’s popularity with international visitors, we believe this production may be of interest to both tourists and residents looking for English-language cultural events.
