We wander through the unfolding of a new world, where the unknown far outweighs our certainties.
Music will continue to play a fundamental role in this process, both in catharsis and in redemption, it will always be a vehicle of aggregation and resistance, of alternative and hope, as it progresses and crosses new boundaries.
But it is on stage that it gains all its strength, it is in the exposure of the stage that musicians are able to project their energy and at the same time their human fragility, whether following a previously structured composition or opting for improvisation.
In 2025, we’ve brought together some of the current projects that we felt were important to highlight, all of which share a common denominator: their musicians are aware and informed of tradition, but have refused to get stuck in the past; they are curious musicians, open to the new and the unknown, consistently looking for new paths that reflect their time, the present.
